If you are currently uninsured, you can search for insurance plans at www.healthcare.gov
If you're over 65, or if you are under 65 but have certain medical consitions such as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) you are eligible for Medicare.
If you meet certain income requirements, you may be eligible for Michigan Medicaid.
