What Makes Us Different?
Pioneer in the Field

As one of the first pharmacies in Michigan to specialize in HIV, it is our belief that we have been in the HIV field longer than any other pharmacy still in business in the State of Michigan. We invite other pharmacies to challenge us on their longevity in the field. In fact, our work and close relationship with others in the HIV field have led to the development of many programs and forms of assistance that are commonplace today.

Network

Over our 25 year history, we have developed strong relationships with an extensive network of doctors, nurse practitioners, social workers, case workers, office staff, insurance companies, assistance programs, employees in the Department of Community Health, manufacturers and suppliers, community leaders, etc... This unique network is the result of our decades of experience in the HIV field and allows us to provide a level of care that is simply not possible at other pharmacies.

Flexibility

Many large  chain pharmacies (CVS, Rite-Aid, etc...) have strict policies in place that can unfortunately restrict the level of service you receive. While there are obviously laws which we and all pharmacies must adhere to, we are free to set our own standards and policies. We will always do everything in our power to accommodate any unique situation or special request you may have. Just call and ask us!

Respect of Your Privacy

Although unfortunate, patients with HIV may feel a sense of embarrassment, guilt, or even shame towards their condition. While we believe no one should ever feel this way, we sympathize with wthose that do. You should never feel embarrassed to discuss your health and medication with us. We are very sensitive to privacy concerns, especially those related to HIV.
